What is a salon suite?
A suite is your own space inside our salon, where you run your business as an independent professional. You keep your clients, set your prices and work your own hours.
Who can rent a suite?
Licensed, independent beauty professionals: hairstylists, colorists, barbers, estheticians, lash and brow artists, makeup artists and nail technicians.
Do I need a license?
Yes, if your work requires a license in Nevada, you will need a current one to rent a suite.
When do you open?
We are getting the salon ready now. Our opening date will be posted on this site as soon as it is set.
What does “we take care of the rest” mean?
We look after the salon itself, keeping it clean, modern and running well, so you can focus on your clients and your craft.
What is the community like?
MAV is a small group of beauty professionals who support each other. We will host education classes and events, and you will have neighbors to share ideas and referrals with.
What classes and events will you host?
We are planning education classes and community events for everyone at MAV. We will share the schedule once we open.
How much does a suite cost?
Rates and lease terms will be posted before we open. Get in touch and we will let you know as soon as they are set.
Where is the salon?
We are in Las Vegas, NV. We will post the street address here once it is confirmed.
Can I see the space first?
Yes. When the suites are ready we will invite people in for tours. Get in touch to be on the list.
What should I include when I get in touch?
Your name and business name, the services you offer, your Instagram or website if you have one, your license if your work requires one, and when you would like to move in. Anything else you want us to know is welcome too.
